The gym and pool were out of service, the TV often didn't work due to poor connections, traffic noise from Ventura Blvd can be distracting at night!!! Amenities need serious updating!!!

the holiday inn express had a great breakfast spread with plenty of options. the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the outdoor pool was a nice touch for the kids. after a long drive, it was fantastic to be close to a couple of good restaurants.

the only downside was that the room felt a bit crowded with the two queen beds.

We had a great time with friends! The hotel was clean, and the free breakfast was a hit. We enjoyed shopping at Westfield Promenade and Westfield Topanga, both close by. The staff were friendly, making sure we had everything we needed for a fun group vacation.

The only downside was the noisy AC in our room that kept us awake at night, making it tough to rest after a long day out.

Recommend it for solo travelers who need a quick stop

The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during my late-night check-in. Valerie at the front desk even gave me a quick tour. That kind of warmth, even just for a night.
